'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">桐梓狮溪区块位于遵义市桐梓县狮溪镇，于2022年5月狮溪1井开钻，预计2022年11月中下旬产ξ 气。据前期相关地质资料及区块开发方案，预计单井页岩气产量介于1-2万立方米/天（最终以实际生产量为准），在2023年将达到23口页岩气井具备投产条件,秉着“应收尽收”的原则，现寻求具♀备资质的CNG回收服务单位，连续稳定的回收利用。

'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">因该项目试气时间临近，预计将于11月下旬具备回收，原则上要求2022年11月30日前具备投产条件。

'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">2.4.1.'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">招标人井场暂未考虑设置精细化净化装置，仅设置简︼单的处理装置（三项分离器、除砂器）。需投标人根据CNG相关标准规范及下游要求自行设置相应的净化处理设备。
'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">2.4.2.'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">招标人负责修筑◢井场至》CNG加工处理站输气管道，投标人自行投资建设CNG加工处理站，并进行加工销售。

'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">双方以“定量定时”模式合作，按投标人CNG设备日处理能力对应的固定总供应气量(5万方/天对应累▃计供应1000万方、10万方/天对应累计供应1800万方、15万方/天对应累计2500万方）或两年期限作为条件，如上述其中任意一个合作条件提前满足，合同即到期。到期后双方可根据井口供气量及销售政策，再另行协商后续合作。
'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">备注：在两年合作期限内，如因招标方配套回收设备提前投运而导致投标方未能按约定固定供应量回收，招标方承诺可就“两年的合同期限”顺延至』实际供应量达到“合同约定固定供应量”后截止。

'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">3.1'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">具有独立法人资格，有经工商行政管理部门登记注册的企业法人营业执照，且处于有效期内；投标人是『按照中华人民共和国有关法律设立，具有独立法人地位，并能够独立承担民事责任的企业（法人），或法人委托的独立经营单位（同一法人仅能委托一家）

'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">3. 4'微软雅黑',sans-serif;color:black\">投标人在近三年内不曾在任何合同中违约、被逐或因投标人的原因而使任何合同被解除；
